Okay, Kanata no Astra just threw TWO major curve-balls in one episode. I love that this show is just jam-packed with various SF tropes, but damn! They pull out a new one for each episode's cliffhanger.

Actually, the American title works better, as the Japanese title downplays the ensemble nature of the show and potentially spoils that bombshell at the end of episode 9.

Although that bombshell raises some HUGE issues, like plug-in compatible space ships from two different planets. Unless parallel dimensions is the next trope they're going to unpack.

As each episode contains the answer from the previous one, Episode 10 ties up a whole lot of loose ends. It's the details that need to be ironed out now.
